OVERNIGHT #23 Cedar City UT

Hi. Snow, ice and fog convinced us that it was time to stop our journey short for the night. We stayed in Cedar City UT.

Cedar City is home to some of the best outdoor recreation anywhere.

You can also find a rich art and culture scene here with art museums and galleries and a talented performing arts group.

There is a variety of festivals. One is the Utah Shakespeare Festival which was founded in 1961. It is one of the oldest and largest one in North America. In 2000, the Utah Shakespeare Festival received the Tony Award for America's Outstanding Regional Theatre.

When we left Cedar City the next day, the scenery was beautiful!

There is a cheese shop in  Beaver that we like to stop at when we are in the area.
The Creamery is at 165 S 500 W, Beaver Utah.
At the Creamery, dairy is the focus creating wholesome product with real nutrients.
In 1952 the local farmers built the plant that has supplied cheese to the Beaver community.
Its easy to spend a bit of time here shopping kitchenware, clothing, cheese, gift boxes and more.

LAZY CAMPING/ ROOM MEAL: We had a car breakfast at Beaver from the Creamery. The restaurant has good breakfast sandwiches made with their delicious cheese.

Have a Good Day and Night,
💕50+ Lazy Campers
